Melissa Miller is the Founder & Principal Consultant at Axiom Clinical Consulting. She brings over eight years of experience in clinical research, having worked across both sponsor and site roles—most recently as a Clinical Research Director and Project Manager. Her background includes internal medicine studies and a specialization in gynecological oncology and rare cancers, with a focus on bringing structure and clarity to complex trial environments.

Melissa’s experience spans both U.S. and EU research environments, giving her a global perspective on regulatory expectations and operational challenges. She partners with study teams of all kinds to streamline processes, strengthen protocol development, and provide practical, hands-on support that builds confidence and clarity at every stage.
